CE Online Workshop: Bringing Ayurveda to your Mat With Bhakti Foster

Ayurveda and Yoga are sister sciences.  If we are only practicing one or the other, we are missing half the picture. Ayurveda teaches the medical side of yoga and meditation as healing tools along with diet, lifestyle and special herbs.  Yoga includes many of the principles taught in Ayurveda. Bring Ayurveda to your yoga class and watch it enhance your life and the lives of your students!

In this workshop you will learn to adapt your practice and your students practice according to specific doshas that arise during time of day, change of seasons, digestive issues, insomnia and many other issues or dis-eases.  This workshop is great for yoga instructors or practitioners who are interested in taking their yoga practice to deeper level through Ayurveda principals.
