CE Online Workshop: Building Community in Our Classes w/Trace Sahaja Bonner

We finished our teacher training, and we are now armed with the skills to teach to Yoga. Then we find a place to teach, whether in an IYI space or local studio/gym, or we strike out on our own to share our love of Yoga.  No matter what skills we have or place we teach, we are instantly met with the need to build a sense of community.  We will explore some skills to develop on the mat, and also some concepts to adopt at the beginning and end of our classes that will encourage community.  Join Trace Sahaja Bonner for an insightful discussion on expanding our practice, teaching and spiritual connections. 

Bio:

Trace Sahaja Bonner, E-RYT 500, is the Founder and Director of Holy Cow Yoga Center. She began her practice 30 years ago, and is a certified Advanced Integral Yoga teacher since 2003. Having studied in India and the US, Trace Sahaja continues to draw from a variety of great teachers in the west. She takes workshops with a host of contemporary Yoga teachers to deepen her personal understanding of Yoga. Yoga is about having fun with the journey, so she enjoys bringing her lighthearted teaching style to all levels of Yoga classes, Teacher Trainings, Meditation Workshops and Yoga Sutra (Raja Yoga) and Bhagavad Gita Studies. .
