Join us for the 2nd in a new series of open discussions exploring the Yamas and Niyamas through the lens of lived experience.

In this open forum, we’ll explore Satya (truthfulness) as a living practice of honesty, authenticity, and integrity. Together we’ll reflect on how we discern and express truth with compassion, and how truth and non-violence support one another in our lives and teaching.

All Integral Yoga teachers are welcome, no matter your years of practice or experience.
