presentation will offer insights and practical strategies to effectively support
students emotional well-being during yoga practice.
Through experiential exercises, parables, and interactive discussions, yoga teachers will gain valuable
skills and resources to empower both students and teachers to embrace emotions
with kindness and compassion.
