During this hour of pranayama practice, we begin by focusing on the physical effects of breathing, understanding how the exchange of carbon dioxide and oxygen impacts our body’s physiology and overall health.
As the session progresses, we shift our attention to the more subtle influences of breath on the mind and spirit, exploring how controlled breathing can calm the mind, enhance emotional balance, and deepen our sense of inner peace.
Through this exploration, participants learn how breath can be a powerful tool for managing stress, improving mental clarity, and supporting spiritual growth, integrating these practices into both daily life and their spiritual journey.
